ABOUT THE EVENT
Digitized is a series of events that includes several workshops and a conference, taking place once a year in Athens, Greece. Its purpose is to bring together, inform and inspire the digital design community. Now on its fifth year, Digitized is a dynamic and exciting event that has never fallen short of exciting its audience.
In its past four editions Digitized has hosted an amazing group of what is thought off, as the “digital elite” including names such as Fantasy Interactive, Serial Cut, Media Monks, Unit9, Hinderling Volkart, R/GA, North Kingdom, Artificial Rome, Carlos Ulloa, Hellohikimori, Stinkdigital and Hi-ReS!
To put it in simple words, Digitized has become the largest digital design scene meeting in the region of Southeastern Europe. So… if you are interested in terms such as content, usability and design, but also if you want to meet and interact with the relevant community, act fast and grab a ticket now!

FULL-DAY WORKSHOPS

A series of five workshops will run on September 25, 2015 on the premises of Vakalo Art & Design College from 10am to 5pm. It aims to create a combination of practice and theory from experts of the international digital design community.

Digitized is hosted again in the magnificent Onassis Cultural Centre and Vakalo, the iconic school of Art & Design.

The Onassis Cultural Centre is Athens’ new cultural space hosting events and actions across the whole spectrum of the arts from theatre, dance, music and the visual arts to the written word, with an emphasis on contemporary cultural expression, on supporting Greek artists, on cultivating international collaborations and on educating children and people of all ages through life-long learning.

Vakalo Art & Design College

The Vakalo School of Art and Design was established in 1957 by a team of artists, designers and theorists, headed by George Vakalo. Today the College's design programmes (validated by the University of Derby) are on an internationally acknowledged level of Higher Education, and enjoy a highly respected reputation as a recognised leader in its field in Greece.
